CONCLUSION!!!

***CONCLUSION***

Generally, the industrial training can achieve its objectives because it can provide early exposure to the students about the nature job.Since this 6 months I undergo industrial training in Gleneagles Penang, many worthwhile experience and knowledge I have learn. Even, I can also improve my knowledge about the field of information technology. In addition, it is something that is very valuable and has given me the confidence to face the real working environment in the future.

Here I can conclude that industry training is a wise move recommended by the ministry of education and polytechnics own party in an effort to produce more skilled workers by the era of modernity State and in accordance with the requirements of the government for the training reach 'vision 2020'.Students  will be able to train and adapt to the real working environment this industry .

Finally, I hope the polytechnic successfully produce more generations of students who are more professional in all aspects, no matter in terms of discipline or new character. This is a new generation of future leaders of our country to show Malaysia emerged as an advanced country in the vision 2020. In addition, I feel satisfied during the next industrial training services from both supervisors and employees of the department who is never tired of giving advice and tutoring.

COMMENT AND SUGGESTIONS....

Industrial training given to the students is a process in which it is useful and can be practiced in the future. Additionally, students will experience the work experience in any real institutional, as well as to learn the hardships and can gain knowledge and experience. Although the industrial training period is not too long, it will not remove the interest of students to continue to practice what they have learned.

SUGGESTIONS...

In general, industrial training program for six months, helped me a lot in understanding these theories. The experiences gained through the training industry has been exposed to the real work. Although the theory has been studied not be used full, but little of it has helped me to undergo this program more effectively.

Based on my experience during the training in this industry, communication control is very important whether office. Control communication is very important in particular in relation to officers and so on.
